Assassinating Americans Without Due Process

No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.

Unless Nobel Peace Prize winner President Obama thinks you’re a terrorist.  If that’s the case, tough luck.

Which leads us to the assassination of American citizen Anwar al-Awlaki.

Never indicted.  Never convicted in a court of law.  No honoring those pesky due process provisions as required by the Constitution.

This country is a little less free today.  Not a day the United States should be proud of.
