Resisting Illegal Entry of Your Home Is Illegal

Via guest blogger on TheAgitator.com Dave Krueger, even further erosion of the 4th Amendment, Hoosier style.

According to the Indiana Supreme Court, citizens do not have the right to resist police officers from entering a residence without a permit.  This overturns common law dating back to 1215.

The Orwellian quote is priceless:  “a right to resist an unlawful police entry into a home is against public policy and is incompatible with modern Fourth Amendment jurisprudence.”  Yeah, it’s illegal, but you exercising your 4th Amendment rights is contrary to the 4th Amendment.
