Debunking Keynesian Economics (Again)

As if the entire 1970s weren’t enough to debunk Keynesian theory, here’s this little graph showing the futility of deficit spending as a way to stimulate employment.

If the politicians truly want the economy to improve, they’d break down the government barriers preventing a long-term sustained recovery. But that would mean admitting things run better without Washington’s meddling. And they’ll have none of that.
